1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on koreanglownest.com, operated under the store name Korean Glow Nest (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.

2. Where we sell

We sell and deliver within Pakistan only.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, we cannot confirm your delivery details, or we reasonably suspect fraud; any payment already made for a cancelled order is refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery is free throughout Pakistan. You can pay by Cash on Delivery (no extra fee) or by bank transfer to the account shown on your order confirmation. Orders paid by bank transfer receive the discount shown at checkout, applied to the order total; the order is dispatched once the transfer is received.

5. Product information

We sell original, sealed products and describe them using the information printed on the packaging and published by the brand. Colours may differ slightly on different screens.

6. Delivery

Delivery is free to any address in Pakistan. Order before 4 PM and we send it the same day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because the courier will use them to reach you. See our Delivery Policy.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

Check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos as soon as it arrives and we will sort it out.

8. Safe use

Use each product in accordance with the instructions on its packaging. Stop use if irritation occurs.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered in the condition described. To the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect losses or for loss caused by use that is inconsistent with the product’s instructions.

10. Intellectual property

The Korean Glow Nest name, logo and website content belong to us; product names and brand imagery belong to their respective brands.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
