Where we deliver

We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan. We do not deliver outside Pakistan.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order. There is no delivery charge and no Cash on Delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

Order before 4 PM and we send it the same day. Orders after 4 PM, or on public holidays, are sent the next working day. Delivery takes 3–5 days anywhere in Pakistan. Bad weather, courier delays and holidays can add a day or two.

How do I pay?

Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
Bank transfer: choose Bank Transfer at checkout and get 10% off. The account details are on your order confirmation. We send your order as soon as the payment arrives.

Order updates

We confirm your order after it is placed and contact you with delivery updates by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp at +92 341 0089291 or email support@koreanglownest.com with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
