Are these original products?
Yes. We sell sealed, original Medicube products only, exactly as sold in Korea. We never open or refill jars.
How do I use the capsule cream?
After washing your face, take a little gel and 1–3 capsules in your palm. Mix until the capsules melt into the gel. Apply to your face and neck, morning and night. In the morning, use sunscreen after it.
How many capsules should I use?
Oily skin: more gel, fewer capsules. Dry skin: more capsules. Normal skin: about half and half. Start with one capsule and add more if your skin likes it.
Which one should I buy?
Pink (PDRN Pink Collagen) for firmer, plumper, glowing skin. Gold (Deep Vita C) for brighter, more even skin. Red (TXA Niacinamide) for dark spots, pimple marks and uneven tone. Light pink Collagen Jelly Cream (110 ml) for plump, bouncy, well-hydrated skin; it is a jelly moisturiser, not a capsule cream.
Is it good for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Medicube says the TXA Niacinamide and Deep Vita C creams passed low-irritation tests and are suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin. If you are unsure, start with a small amount every other day.
Can I use it with my other products?
Yes. Use it as your cream step, after toner and serum and before sunscreen. You can also use two different creams: one in the morning and another at night.
How long does one jar last?
Each jar is 55 g. Used twice a day, most people get 4–6 weeks from one jar, depending on how many capsules you use.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan. Order before 4 PM and we send it the same day. It reaches you in 3–5 days.
